How many ways can I win in Mahjong?

I know theres at least 12 ways to win but how many are there really

    there arent really 12 ways to win.

    Just get 4 pairs of 3 and an eye (2 blocks only)

    You can take from the right (you get priority)
    You can take from anyone if you have the triples
